All of the above welding techniques are available in Mild or Carbon steel; stainless steel; aluminium; brass; bronze and cast iron.

All welding work done can be certified at the customer’s request.

Profile cutting – An optical eye is used to do profile cutting which makes cutting intricate designs fairly easy to trace and cut which would otherwise take many hours to design on a CAD based system.        Cutting of Mild Steel and similar grade materials is done with dual Oxyacetylene torches with ability to cut up to 180mm thick Mild Steel.

Plasma cutting – Our 400amp Plasma cutter attached to the profile machine offers the ability to cut over 50mm thick stainless steel and 30mm thick aluminium*.

Guillotining – We cut a large range of materials to your desired size requirements.

Bending – Our press break in conjuction with the highly skilled boiler makers operating the machine are able to bend a multitude of shapes and designs, from simple trays and channels to rectangular to round cones.

Rolling – Sometimes the pipe size is not available and this is where a good set of rolls plays a vital “roll”. We roll sheet or plate into cylinders from 70 Diameter to any large diameter as long as the material is available.

Pipe Fabication – We specialise in all type of pipe fabrications for various industries to suit their respective requirements.
